On The BeachRich Milo Comment By: Michelle Spiziri04/07/2008 - 07:02 AM Love your detail. many times on such great detail it might get passed by..because we assume it/take it for granted because it is so right on the mark. i love it. the bathing suit has so much "assuming/take for granted-ness" that you almost forget its a painting. i think you have done a great job in placing ME in the place of the woman on the beach. this is my favorite. thanks!

Between StormsYulonda Rios Comment By: Ted Hebbler04/07/2008 - 06:49 AM I keep going back to this one to enjoy the burst of color here......the painting you refer to with bobbie magee is the old Stage Door honky tonk in the french quarter....i picked this song because i played it on the juke box here millions of times, on saltry nites...gazing out the doorways, watching tourists go by.In 1971 i heard her perform outside the city at a pop festival...the first verses she sings about writing the song as she drives from Baton Rouge on her way to New Orleans..LOVE TED.
